ORDER PROCESSING:

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For limited time only, we are offering free shipping for purchases of 2 bottles of more.

Alcohol orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days using Standard Shipping with Australia Post. Flat rate shipping fee of AUD$12 applies to orders shipping within Australia. For limited time only, we are offering free shipping for purchases of 2 bottles of more. We do not ship alcohol outside of Australia at this time.

Smaller parts and equipment orders are shipped within 1-5 business days. using Standard Shipping with Australia Post. Shipping rates varies depending on the weight and destination of the item.

For larger custom orders please inquire within to get an estimate of time and delivery costs. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to most countries, where Australia Post will accept. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Downunder Still is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
