Downunder Still is a husband-and-wife venture that began as a small, home-based business in 2020 during the COVID-19 lockdown. Gowit, the founder, saw this as a chance to turn his skills in metal fabrication and his knowledge of distillation into his dream business. Downunder Still was built on Gowit’s background and passions: a talent for intricate metalwork, a lifelong interest in distillation, and years spent researching distillation methods and equipment from around the world. After mastering the process, he developed innovative designs to make distilling more efficient and cost-effective. For Gowit, it’s more than just work—it’s an art form.

Our mission is to deliver high quality handmade equipment and components for Australia’s brewing and distillation industry. We specialise in small modular parts and custom fabrications tailored to unique needs. We also outsource larger boilers that are too big and beyond our capabilities.
